Personal Enrichment

First Time Home Sellers

$15

with Stephen Bousquet

Calendar May 3, 2018 at 6:30 pm, runs for 1 week

This seminar was developed by Stephen, a local real estate broker from the Kittery area with the purpose of giving home owners, whether they have owned a home a short time or a very long time, a keen in-sight and providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge for what it takes to prepare for a move both physically and psychologically.  This seminar will walk you through the process sorting out the details and becoming prepared for the sale of a home.  The idea came to Steve after his move to the area and noticed that there are many information sharing programs to prepare those interested in buying home but not for selling one.  Steve brings to this seminar the experience gained from a long real estate career and the good fortune to have taught buyer readiness workshops in partnership with local lenders, community home buyer advocacy organizations in Vermont.

Thursday, May 3, 6:30-8 p.m.
