Sahaja Yoga

Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation developed by H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (1923-2011) and based on an experience called Self Realization (kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes balanced and integrated mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. In this class we will learn chakra clearing techniques using natural elements and affirmations that will deepen the meditation experience. Sahaja Yoga does not require physical exercise and no previous experience is necessary. For twenty years, Jerry has voluntarily shared Sahaja Yoga in universities, libraries, prisons, rehabilitation facilities, senior centers, and street fairs.

Chuck is a woodworker and home funeral educator, whose interest in this topic came from his experience at his father's death.  His goal is to give everyone the information they need to make good decisions about how they want to be treated after their death, no matter what that choice may be, and to show families a more meaningful way to be involved in the funeral process.
