Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation developed by H.H.Mataji Nirmala Devi (1923-2011). Through this process, one becomes balanced and integrated mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. In this class you will learn chakra clearing techniques using natural elements and affirmations that will deepen the meditation experience.  Sahaja Yoga does not require physical exerciese and no previous experience is necessary. Jerry voluntarily shares Sahaja Yoga.

Consequently, when making life decisions, we get caught up in our heads, which can cause considerable mistakes to be made. Learning to develop your intuition (a force inherent in us all) for guidance will change your world by enhancing your trust and sense of security. Maia Rizzi is a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Boredom and Addictive Behaviors: Happiness isn't all it’s cracked up to be In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore how you are relating to boredom and filling the happiness gap. Are you eating too many cookies, spending more time watching the news or taking extra naps?  Using mindfulness to look at habitual patterns can help develop the self-awareness needed to respond skillfully and make healthy choices.

In this class, you will learn to “clear your physical, emotional, spiritual & psychological clutter”. Learn how anxiety is deeply rooted to our physiology and the biochemicals that are at work to create and prolong a state of anxiety.  Enter the NO judgement zone and determine how DONE you are to end your anxiety.

Reflexology of the Feet - Creating a Balanced & Grounded Body

Reflexology is a specific touch technique of applying pressure to reflex points of the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs and systems of the body. The physical act of applying pressure to the reflex areas results in improvement in circulation, reducing body stress and promoting physiological changes in the body. This hands on session will introduce the participants to the many benefits of reflexology. Sharon Trull, NBCR, started her career in the health and wellness field 30 years ago.
