Mom and Dad's lawyer and doctors have facilitated their signing documents that place serious responsibilities on us. We're happy to help, but nobody ever defines the responsibility or even what we're supposed to do. It's like being given a job with no training and then being held accountable for the unknown. This 90-minute class will detail the duties of an agent under Maine Powers of Attorney and Healthcare Advance Directives. It will consist of a 30-minute lecture and then as much interactive question-and-answer as we have time for.
