Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”. This ancient technique uses guided meditations to bring you into deep states of conscious relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an effective method for relieving stress & easing anxiety. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world; allowing the body & mind to restore, rest & heal deeply.
