Backyard chicken flocks are gaining popularity and it’s easy to see why. Besides providing fresh eggs for your family and

fertilizer for your garden, chickens are also a lot of fun. This class will cover all the basics of caring for your flock, including feed, housing, breed selection, brooding chicks, health care and predator protection.

Rose, just back from Vietnam, has plenty of "Rolling" dishes to share this season. All 5 (classes) recipes will be rolled in rice paper wrap with lettuce and herbs, and served with dipping sauce. The taste of each dish will be different so sign up for them all! Class size limited to 10.

An additional material fee of $10 will be paid to instructor at class.

Beginner French

Beyond Beginner Spanish

Beyond Beginner: German

This class is a continuation from last semester

Form a strong base in conversational German as all aspects of the language, its dialect and culture are explored through books, music and group discussions. Pronunciation and grammar will be emphasized and practiced with writing, speaking, reading, and listening. Previous experience necessary.

Bring to class: notebook and writing implement.
