Learn guided imagery skills to enhance wellness.  Guided imagery sometimes called visualization meditations, or guided self-hypnosis is easy to do and learn. Health benefits include stress relief, peaceful sleep and overall well-being. You’ll learn how to write guided imagery scripts, and tap into the mind-body connection to achieve your wellness goals. Class is via ZOOM online.
