IC3 (Internet and Computing Core) Computer Certification for Career Development

The IC3 program uses a comprehensive curriculum and experienced instructors to develop skills in 7 key competency areas: Technology Basics, Digital Citizenship, Information Management, Content Creation, Communication, Collaboration, and finally Safety and Security. The course offers customizable and tiered certification levels. Upon passing the Level 1 exam students will demonstrate a solid foundational knowledge related to the key competency areas. The Level 2 exam has students perform tasks and demonstrate their skills in each of the competency areas. Level 3 certification demonstrates technology leadership skills and the ability to manage systems and processes, to solve problems and provide guidance to others. Potential to earn college credits upon completion of all 3 levels by earning a Master Certification in Digital Literacy.

Classes are online with a live instructor Tuesdays/Thursdays from 6-8 pm, beginning April 5th.
