If you are suffering from ongoing gastrointestinal issues, please join Dr. LaBant as she discusses her approach to chronic gut issues, testing, treatment, and why gut health is so important! Topics will include an overview of digestive health, the role of the microbiome, specific conditions such as IBS, leaky gut, SIBO, celiac disease, food intolerances, and much more!  Miranda is a naturopathic physician who practices integrative medicine at Sante Center for Natural Healing, Hampton, NH.

In this class, students will create five/six book structures: a simple pamphlet book, a Japanese Stab Bound book, a basic Codex, a hard cover accordion book, a hard cover book with signatures sewn on tapes, and flutter books.  Class will focus on the techniques, structures, tools, materials and processes.
